DAUGHTER: ,,,,.,....,J ✓ • u- QUEEN OF JANNAT: BIBI FATIMA AZZAHRA {~J1.,.3~1~5) When Hazrat Fatima ( ~J1.,.3~1~5) was 15 years old (and of marriageable state), Hazrat Abu Bakr ( ~J\i1tu1~; ) and Hazrat Umar ( ~J\i1tu1~; ) sent a proposal to Rasul ( ~j~:&,~to marry Hazrat Fatima. Rasul ( ;J_:.,_;~tu1~ ) however, declined, for the reason that she was still young in age. N.B.: Hazrat Fatima ( ~J1.,.3~1~j) had turned 15 when proposals for her marriage began to come from high and noble families. But our Nabi ( ~j 9)~tu,J.;,) remained irresponsive. Hazrat Ali (~J\i1tu1~5) was at that time 21 years of age. He has related: 'It occurred to me that I should go and make a formal • proposal, but then I thought "How could this l be accomplished, for I possess nothing."
